- Shopify store information: Your store domain, store name, and access credentials necessary to connect to the Shopify API.
- Product images: Photos you upload to generate product listings. These are temporarily stored on Cloudinary for processing.
- Generated listings: The AI-generated product listing content we create for you, stored in our database to power the History feature.
- Usage data: Number of listings generated, timestamps, and feature usage to manage your plan limits.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Selluminate service — generating product listings from your photos.
- To publish products to your Shopify store on your behalf when you click Publish.
- To maintain your generation history so you can access past listings.
- To track usage against your plan limits.
- To improve our AI models and service quality.
3. Image Storage
Product images you upload are sent to Cloudinary for temporary storage and processing. Images are used solely to generate your product listings and are subject to a 30-day retention policy after which they may be deleted. We do not use your product images for any other purpose.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Selluminate:
- Shopify: To connect to your store and publish products.
- Google Vertex AI (Gemini): To analyze product images and generate listing content.
- Cloudinary: For temporary image storage and processing.
- Firebase: For user authentication and data storage.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide our service. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Access tokens for your Shopify store are stored securely and never exposed publicly.
7. Data Retention
We retain your generated listing data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Product images on Cloudinary are subject to a 30-day automatic deletion policy.

9. Shopify App Specific
